FAQs

What other services do you provide aside from guided flow?

We provide services such as: posture assessments, movement coaching, ergonomic assessments, and are currently developing an app that will be accessible to Ergoflow users only. All of these services generally occur after your Ergoflow sessions and are less invasive as they usually involve 1:1 consultations or full office ergonomic auditing.

How many practicioners come to an office at a time?

As little as 1 and as many as 3 practicioners are included in our base rates. If it is decided that you need more than 3 practicioners at a time, we will handle this on a case by case basis!

Do you offer Ergoflow for non-desk related jobs?

Ergoflow does not currently support other employment settings, however we are working to expand the movement method to workers that are on their feet all day such as: nurses, doctors, flight attendants, servers, etc. Thank you for your patience!

Do you offer virtual sessions?

We do offer virtual sessions if the initial consultation concludes this to be the best option for your circumstance! Of course, in person instruction is always preferred, but due to our location restrictions at the time, we realize that isn’t always an option.

Where do Ergoflow sessions take place?

Ergoflow sessions take place in various locations depending on your needs. We can operate in meeting rooms, directly on the office floor, conference rooms, company gyms and more! The opportunities are limitless!

Do you offer any modified exercises for disabilities?

Most of our sequences have built in modifications for many different disabilities. We will also gather information on clients via an intake form that will influence how we guide your session! Our Flow Guides will be more than prepared for your needs!

How often do you come into offices?

The recommended frequency of Ergoflow sessions is three times per week, however we also offer a two time per week option as well. Three times allows for all members of your office to engage with the service at least once per week. Our goal is to create a more productive work environment through repeated sessions; the more sessions you can attend, the better!

How long are Ergoflow sessions?

Most sessions are around 30 minutes as to not disrupt the work day! We offer flexible timing for your company’s needs and can shift accordingly. We are able to stay for longer to offer more nuanced services or even shorten the sessions. You are able to dictate the length, frequency and time of day of your sessions!

How is Ergoflow different from other modalities such as desk yoga?

Other somatic practices follow strict techniques and guidelines appropriate for their setting and goals. None of these, however, are dedicated schools of thought and movement that focus primarily on office workers at their desks. Ergflow challenges the idea of sedintary movement in our workdays and even brings the solution directly to your office! This is not a one time team building service, but rather an investment into your employees and long term benefit for your company.
